the easiest way is to put money into your funds directly, and let dollar average to do its work.  Currently, i perceive a descending dollar market, so that i put a lot of my money into international mutual funds ( big caps in Japan and euro) .  My company doesn't have emerging market funds.  Anyway, the return is still better off than to invest in domestic markets.
