我感觉军队一直独立于美国政府，尽管总统有任命权，但军队好象不需要听总统而是要听议会决议的。
比如，即使他撤换了几个人，过几年人家显然可以再回来。而且军队也是有后台关系网的，不是三军真的听他一个人的。
美国总统是军队的最高统领，有着至高无上的权力。

军队的人都是他的人了，大法官也是多数了，是不是选举永远会蠃了，可以传承给自己的孩子了？
