Bank only cares about getting their money back.  A foreclosure happens when a residential borrower is unable to make his/her monthly mortgage payment.  The bank will auction off your house to get their money back (remember, your house belong to your bank as long as you owe a balance on your mortgage).  So, to answer your question, it doesn't matter if you have $1 or $1,000,000 in your bank account.  As long as you pay your monthly mortgage on time, you will be fine.
