10万年薪+100%bonus 已经比很多人收入高了。。。
我本来想的比这个多的多，可能因为老听着街上怎么怎么然后一群人转专业的，造成的一种误解吧。如果１０多万的话，也没什么特别的。呵呵。
The number is correct for Entry-Level ONLY - <= 100K base + bonus. I would think that's a pretty decent number for ppl fresh out of school.

often times it's pressure too. quant, if work at risk, doesn't get paid as much (some banks pay more for risk positions, but not all). But why did they change major? many had families. The wives are H4s or F2s. They have kids. They need to support the family. Often times it's pressure. If there is a way to make more money by hard working, why not? right? There is nothing wrong with it. Those are our own ordinary Chinese people I'm talking about. If anybody thinks that those people deserve it, please, come out, say it to somebody who lost his/her job in her face. How dare you?!
and fyi, we don't expect to get bonus this yr. we feel lucky to have jobs.

一份工作的工资多少都是有原因的，工资高的要么有特殊的特长技能，要么工作时间长，要么工作环境不好，要么会接除有害健康的物质，要么责任重大，等等，总之不会是无猿无故的，资本家都是贼坏贼坏的。。。
