我当然知道啦。卖主把asking cut 了两万五，我把offering raise了两万五。I said that's my FINAL offer. 现在还差五千 gap。中介介意我们each出两千五 to meet in the middle，我们不干，我们说了，Final is Final。
我其实不介意这五千块。但现在是买方市场，他们应该多让出五千块来表示诚意吧。呵呵呵。
如果他们不同意。一个星期以后我再去找他们，加上这五千块。
他们急，我不急。
我彻底.........彻底的服了，原来男人的思维方式是这样的.........
H他照顾条条的时候，就把条条当自己女儿来照顾的啦。所以多一个儿子，没什么差别。

don't know. the property has been on market for 111 days....the seller was too aggressive at pricing and then has to mark down the price again and again.....
