To be honest. a lot of the information is missing, like whether this patient had underwent surgery and how is the disease stage.
How is his financial status, the best way maybe to enroll in a trial of medicine, but those require pretty strict criteria and need a cancer doctor monitoring.
Dana Farber, MSKCC and MD Anderson are excellent, but he may be very difficult to get in given he had everything done in China.
Visa should not be a problem, I can even write you a letter of proof for sick and treatment. But no insurance will kill you, you are talking about $20k to $100k for chemo cost on the table, not including possible complications of therapy which require hospitalization and that cannot be estimated at all. NO insurance company will accept these cancer precondition. IF he want surgery removal done here in the States, that also will be a much larger bill on top of this.
