This drug is sold as "Tarceva" in US.  It is developed by OSI and marketed through partnerships with Roche throughout the world. You will need doctor's prescription to get it. It costs $90 per day (not per month!), or over $30,000 per year without insurance. An India company "Cipla" sells copycat version of Tarceva at 1/3 price, which is what your relative is paying.
