Use form IT-203 for NY tax

if you lived in nyc at that time, you need to pay nyc tax too, using the same form. Read thru the instruction and it will lead you to form IT-360

you still need to file PA return but should be able to claim sth back from your ny return, if you have higher PA tax than NY tax.
