Traditional IRA you need to contribute Deductible income,
which means, those contribution you havent paid tax on them.
when you have distribution from Traditional IRA, you pay tax.

ROTH IRA you contribute After-tax money, it keep growing,
and you can withdraw it after 59 1/2 Tax free and penalty free,
also you can use the money to buy your first house (10,000 limit),
as long as you put money in for more than 5 years.

ROTH IRA is a great investment vehicle and only low income ppl
qualify. you can contribute up to 4000 each year, after 2008
it raises to 5000 each year.

the fee doesnt vary between different financial advisers,
instead, that fee is decided by the IRA fund company,
so if you are interested in one fund,
you are gonna get charged the same rate no matter who you go to.
