登录你的BOA online bank，under "Transfers" tab，click on "Add Accounts"，then follow the instructions and input all the information required including Your ATM or check card number, transfer recipient's last name, account number, and zip code.  Then after successfully adding that account, you can transfer amount to that account with no charge.

如果这个不行，你可以在"Bill Pay"下面的"Payee"里面添加payee，这个应该是可以的。
