用email降级太慢，我写过没人回。

打电话是最快的办法，可以在电话里马上完成。

选contact us-> help by phone->help center

·  Primary email address:

·  Temporary web PIN: (Valid for 1 hour)

自己输入以上号码(只要输前3个就可以了)， 先会听到main menu, 不要睬，然后 more option -> account feature -> agent        

等人工服务，要等挺长时间的(5分钟至少吧)，然后会有印度客服接线，可能会问你Primary bank account number (last 4 digits)，在电话里就可以帮你改好了。改好后会马上收到一封邮件。
