Earning Rewards: You will earn 1% for each $1 of Net Purchases. You will earn an additional 2% for every
$1 of qualifying Net Purchases made at retail establishments that classify their merchant locations for
Visa/MasterCard as grocery stores, gas stations, and quick service payment/fast food restaurants. Purchases
not eligible to receive an additional 2% include, but are not limited to, purchases made at convenience stores,
superstores, warehouse clubs and discount stores. We do not determine whether merchants correctly
identify and bill transactions as being made at grocery stores, gas stations, and quick service payment/fast
food restaurants. However, we do reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for the additional
2%. (“Net Purchases” means purchases of goods and services made by you or any authorized user on your
Account minus any returns or refunds.) Reward accrual will begin upon the Enrollment Date in the Program.
(“Enrollment Date” is the day on which we approve you as a Program member.) No retroactive rewards will
be awarded. You do not earn rewards on balance transfers, cash advances, any checks that are used to
access your account, money orders, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees
of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your Account. Rewards will be
deducted for any returns or credits made on your Account. Rewards will appear on your monthly statement.
From time to time there may be promotional offers for the Program, which provide the opportunity to earn
additional rewards as defined by the terms of the promotion.
Earning Restrictions: Rewards earned are not transferable, have no cash value and cannot be used as
payment of obligation to us. If there is any abuse of the Program, failure to follow Program terms or any
misrepresentation by you, all unredeemed rewards shall be forfeited and no additional rewards shall
accumulate. Rewards from separate enrolled Accounts may not be combined onto one Account. Maximum
reward accumulation on Net Purchases earning an additional 2% reward is $12 monthly which equates to
$600 in Net Purchases. There is no maximum number of rewards earned on Net Purchases earning 1%.
