心脏轮廓正常没气胸，没骨头方面的问题（没骨折）

右胸有一小块胸腔积液（就你肺外面有两层膜，你的右边两层膜当中有一部份积液有些多，导致膜不跟着肺移动了，所以可能导致你的呼吸困难）

右肺下面部分有肺实变（bascially, 那部分的肺有积液体，导致那部分空气减少）

翻的挺好的, the problem is that you don't know what caused the pleural effusion. The consolidation would be pneumonia that caused the effusion, or simply atelectasis secondary to the effusion, and the cause of the effusion is still unknown. You need to have a discuss the findings with your doctor, to see if a trial of antibiotics or further work up is needed. Good luck
