I got a phone interview this morning. Maybe it could not been called as
an interview,just sth. like phone screening. The guy on the phone asked
me if I need sponsorship. after I said yes, he told me to wait for the
notice.

Does that means I have no chance? Could anyone here kindly tell me how to respond for questions like this?
