Not easy. First of all, you won't be able to use your insurance to cover the cost, the physician who helps you can't not file claim with your insurance for work done on someone else, that's fraud. So you will have to pay out of pocket. Secondly, you need to find the appropriate physician, a general pediatrician probably not sufficient for your need, find the specialist who can help, then call up the office and see if they will see you for consultation, have to be specific upfront, no patient, just medical records, etc, prepay at the visit, say 100$/30min etc. Get the medical record translated, appropriately, and the physician may want the papers before even seeing you. The easiest would be find someone who knows someone, do a "curbside" consult, out of personal favor, that's if you know the right person. Good luck.
