今天和公司请的律师telephone conference。律师说EB2要求minimum job requirement是master or bachelor+5yrs experience. Minimum requirement 是bachelor+4 years and below的都属于EB3. 我的position最低要求正好是BS+4yrs exp，是不是EB2就没戏了啊？可怜我的两个MS啊......![]()

你学什么和现在做什么啊? 如果你的律师有两个MS都不用, 那很有问题啊,除非你SALARY不够.
