你不需要办许可.你应该带他去兽医那打各种防疫针(包括rabbie)还要买heartworm 的药.我建议你还要给他上防跳蚤的药.否则他会把跳蚤带回家

You need train him to be housebroken.Just take him out as often as possible .Then he will know how to use the bathroom outside.If you dog is still a puppy,You can buy a crate,then put him in the crate when you are not around.Dogs will now mess their crates.So your dog can learn when he should relieve himself ,when he should not.Raising a puppy needs a lot of a lot of work.But if you really like dogs,the happiness and accompanion your dog brings to you is pricelese.You can train him and play with him.That's a lot of fun.

不知道不同的州是否有不同的规定。我家跃跃是从别人家领来得，所以来得时候没有什么license。他7周的时候我就抱到兽医那里去打针，每隔3周去一次，一直到16周的时候打狂犬病疫苗。打完狂犬病疫苗后兽医会给一个form,填好后寄到city一个什么部门去，他们会寄来一个狗牌（我不知道这是不是相当于license了）。中间还有7周开始每个月给他吃heardworm的药，8周开始用防跳蚤的药。好像就这些。
