IES staff sometimes is picky. I should be able to work off-campus part-time even if I have the fellowship. However, if I inquire this directly with the IES staff, they might not extend my CPT. Sometimes they do not give the real informaiton, just try not to get themselves into any trouble..

So I want to see whether ppl has some experience w/ this. If CPT and fellowship could be received meanwhile technically and legally, I will then address this formally to the IES staff. Otherwise...
