我准备卖掉我新买的车,但是现在贷款还没有付清.这种情况和一般的卖车有什么区别?我主要觉得现在不需要用车,加上新搬的地方养车很贵,所以决定卖掉.
BTW: 我准备直接卖给DEALER.

贷款还差多少？只要不是up side down,卖是没问题的。
不过卖给车行价钱会比买给私人低不少哦。

Do not sell it to the dealer unless you want to trade in. You will get much more if you sell it to the private parties.
In your case, i think that the car's title is still in the bank, right? You and buyer need go to the bank together to transfer the name on the title if you two can make a deal. Check with your local DMV.
