我周围的人，普通作产品的公司， 一般是几千块，好一点有一万，两万。（google 这种不算）
但是在金融有关的行业， 最起码都有几万， 好的几十万， 甚至上百万。

But to earn that money, you can also work for Burger King -- as long as you are a top manager.
Most people (or, my friends) working in financial related area earn little to mild bonus (several dozen k). But some of them may work like dogs. The bonus in banks are extremely distortedly distributed. Never think your CEO doubles his bonus means you double your bonus. Your position even may be slashed (or moved to India), so the firm can save money and your CEO can boost his own pay. This is capitalism.
