questions about Microsoft Money

sorry no Chinese input now.
I just installed MONEY last night and did not give it a try. The page looked complicated to me.
I got some questions now:
1, you just go to accounts to set up different banking, credit cards & utility accounts?
2, when you link to the bank, will that tell you you will be charged?
3, are most utility accounts can be linked there and set up auto payment? like electricity/ sbc, etc.?
4, say, when a statement is due today, and you set up to pay on today 2 days ago. do you need to "open/run" the software today?
5, i saw someone used this as a bookkeeper and to itemize spendings. do you need to do this manually?
6, is this safe?
are those questions stupid? please help to reply if you know the answers. thx

I checked on mitbbs and here, seems most people use it as a book keeper, some use it to pay bills. what is the benefit you can get out of it? is that only good for people with a lot of accounts or even stocks?
be honest, i never saved the credit card statement and i never paid much attention to it so i was surprised to see people see weird charges on the cards. if use Money, will the software itself "see" those for you?

其实我理解MONEY就是一个个人的财务管理软件，用来规划个人的投资账户，储蓄账户，按消费类别来制图什么的。因为我个人没有太多的账户和帐单，所以一般自己心里有数就可以了。不过觉得对于账户多的还是满适用的，可以合理的规划一下开支和收入以及用于哪些方面。免去了手工记账的麻烦

credit card statement 我还是会留几个月的，不过平时主要是看网上银行，时不时看一下，一般都没发现有什么差错过。我想的是如果要是每一笔交易都录入了MONEY的话，最后是不是会给出一个月底的BALANCE，可以和银行的对帐单CHECK一下？
MM，我也没有用过MONEY，很多想法和见解也是从网上尽量GOOGLE来的，要是有说的不对的地方，请指出来哈，大家一起讨论

----that is correct. even though i dont have experience in working in money, it has same idea if you were using quicken. and yes, in quicken (and in money), you will have to record every transaction. the application will remind you things such as, when the credit card payment is due, automatically post monthly or reoccurring transactions, etc.

----the book keeping probably is one of the biggest feature both quicken and money have. one of the benefit that i can say is the budget feature. every month you will get a report with budgeted number versus actual number, from which you can see a clear picture for the month

如果是cash transaction, 就要手工输入，如果是credit card, bank transaction, 一般都可以download 到 quicken 或者money 里面，尤其是credit card, 节省时间.
quicken里面还可以设automatic payment 或者工资，我想money 里面应该也有。
