No, she does not need any medicine now. And HCV normally develop very very slowly, don't worry. Do remember to check it on the regular basis and keep health life style and just relax. This is totally curable. There are recently new medicine approved by U.S., so even if the virus comes back, there are very effective medicine today. HCV is actually much easier then HCB which a lot of people in China carry for many many years.

现在吃药是不用了 但是各几个月半年的要去check一下 viral level吧 看有没有rebounce 最近的新药HCV治愈率非常高 lz朋友 不用太怀疑医生了 而且 看还有没有病毒的检查是很robust的 没这么debate的余地 没有就是没有了 所谓的痊愈就是血液病毒低于一定的level了一定的时间 就叫痊愈了
