CITI家如果给的是$100的CHECK的话,我想最好.

虽然看起来CITI家会给你$100的GIFT CARD.

但是他家是限制你在哪些卡里选的,如果我不需要那些GIFT CARD.

那不就不划算了.所以最好的还是给CHECK.

Citi 的好多卡的确有不错的promotional deals, especially Citi Dividend.

I used 0% interest on balance transfer (for 12 months) a few years ago and loved it. They have also offered me several times 2.99% APR on balance tranfer for the life of the loan. No transaction fees and rate is much lower than the prime rate. I used it to pay off my previous car loan at approx. 5+%. Pretty good deals.
