I didn't drive a RV per se, but certainly did ride along with my friends (an older couple) several times for out of town camping trips. Their RV was purchased from a Sports Pro, can't remember exactly who that person was, but the RV was pretty nicely equipped. It has a king-size bed, a bathroom, a small kitchen with a dining table (can be folded down to a full-size bed), a refrigerator, two TVs and a DVD player. No Internet connection though!
I loved the camping experience, but couldn’t appreciate the full benefits of camping – smaller bed, not enough TV channels, no Internet, weak cell phone signals (sometimes), less varieties of food, not enough water pressure in the shower….on and on…I guess that I was just too spoiled to enjoy the nature. Oh well, at least I have had the experience.
The fuel consumption for RVs are incredibally high - somewhere around 8 miles/gallon!
