I bought one in Amazon, and got similar problem. The first shipped to my home was so damaged, that the plastic top and the metal body were separated. So I called the customer service and they sent me another one, which is still broken, but still functional. Since I really need a washer, I accepted the second one, because Amazon won't send more than one replacement. Sigh, the Haier washer's packaging is really bad. And it took 2 months for them to take the first one away from my home. Imagine the huge box sitting in my living room for so long... 

是呀。前两天看见小版有人夸11pound的洗衣机，我上amazon上重新看了看，可是review中有大于10％人说收到的时候有这样那样的dent。可是我在huaren上看到大家一般都只讨论够不够大的问题，所以想问一问，以下决心要不要再试一次。

我买的是4。9 lb的那种。我周围一共有4各朋友买了这个洗衣机，没有发现shipping有损伤。也可能是我们的洗衣机都比较小的原因。

I got 6.6lb from target website. No shipping problem.
