看了看网上search的，好像close account还不是件容易事，有的人说花了八个月问题愣是没解决，有的还说etrade交80刀才会去close，但是人家钱交了，问题却没解决。

到etrade上search了，但是没有帐户，还不能进他们的help center.

Complete the checklist below—this will help speed the process and ensure that you retain important account records.

   Gather basic account info—account number plus full name(s) and Social Security number(s) for each account holder.

If you have direct deposit, arrange to have it stopped at least three weeks before you close your account.

If you have funds or positions in your account, decide how you want us to handle these assets (disburse a check, transfer the assets, etc.).

Print out tax and other important documents (you will not be able to access these online once your account is closed).

Print records showing the cost basis of all securities held in your account and transactions you've made through E*TRADE Securities (occasionally these figures may not transfer with your other account information).

Make sure the checks you've written have cleared your account—and void the checks remaining in your checkbook.

Call 1-800-ETRADE-1. (Currently you cannot close an account online, although we expect to offer this service in the future.)
