The natural resources sector has been hot over the past few year.  It is kind cooling off a bit.  You dont want to join a party that is almost over.  In short term, it's pretty not a good choice (it might get lower).  However, it doesnt sound like a bad idea for longer term.

There are some of the good aspects for this fund, such as no load fees. 

Fidelity Canada (FICDX) is one to consider, in my mind.
