[求助] Citibank 开户的 Signature Card 的填写问题

谢谢这里的 Information，我也申请了Citibank 的账户。今天收到了Welcome Package，要填写 Signature Card 寄回去。那个表格上有：
SIGNER: 打印了我的名字
TAX ID NUMBER: 打印了我的SSN
ISSUE/LINK TO CITIBANK BANKING CARD: 空着的，我应该填什末？还是不管它？我都搞不清这是什末意思, 请指教。谢谢。

That means do you want to issue or link the banking card.
Since most Chinese do not use the banking card (we have credit card, right?), so you can leave it blank I think. Anyway, you can call them for it later if you change your mind.
请问一下，从打电话申请到收到package大概多少天？
I called the day before Thanksgiving, and got the Welcome Package yesterday.
I also got two other letters before the Welcome Package. One is for the Citibank card, and the other is for the PIN. I don't know why I got the card before the Welcome Package.
