可以承担风险的话，买股票或者基金。保守一点，买国债，大概利息还比银行高点吧。我也不是很懂，在国内没有投资过。个人意见，仅供参考。

Relax, "物价飞涨" is not "很乱". 2006 China total tax raised 26%, if I remember it right. By average, it is expected to have higher prices. For the point of whether price has increased or not, we need to compare not only to history price, but also compare to that of other countries.

So in my option, your LD should have similar investment plan as everyone here in US: some buy house, some by stock, MF, etc. and some open stores and business, etc.

I think there is no way to tell you one "safe and good" investment method (by definition, this method does not exist, right?). Just remember every investment has risk. Just try to find the one that you feel confortable and fit your personalinity. I highlight this sentense because I believe it is the most important thing for anyone to do any investment.
