求适合medium to well done的牛排推荐和方法

一直没有掌握好牛排,主要队友非要吃medium to well done,一点红色都不能接受。经常就过了火候,做老了。。。求推荐costco,wholefoods,Hmart能买到的牛排和能做得熟又不老的办法。谢谢
这个和牛排厚度,用什么做有关。我买1-1.5寸厚的,一般1.5-2磅一块吧,割三份,腌制后铸铁锅煎去红,进烤箱broil,每面5-6 分钟。想没红的话拿出来割开再回炉一两分钟。serving 的盘子也是烤热的,也可以后期去红。每个烤箱不一样,要自己试了才知道具体时间温度。

Some people like their meat well-done. However, there is no real reason to use a sous vide precision technique if you like your steak well-done. Just grill or pan-roast until it's as done as you like it.
这个贴子里说了这么一段话,sous vide对well done没啥用。不能见红就做点红烧的吧。我老公之前也是吃well done, 其他人吃medium rare, 吃过两次之后,就跟着大家一起吃medium rare了

两面撒上牛排调料。 放不锈钢盘子上,或用锡纸弄一个, 进空炸锅 最高温度 7+7 差不多是well done。 我家是6分翻面再4分钟 medium
记得出锅要放在热盘子上, 上面盖锡纸, 等5分钟后再切就不会留血水。 热盘子可以进微波炉加热一分钟。
操作简单, 弄几次就找到最佳时间了
