我最近查了一下credit report，发现一个问题

我总共只有1个amex cc，但查出来有3个amex帐号，然后我就给amex打电话问，他们用我的ssn在系统里却只找到一个account。

而且credit report里面显示的account number也很奇怪，都不是卡号

另外我前2天login这个amex account看，发现billing address不对，是一个我根本没住过的地方。这个有可能是什么人给我改了吗？？

目前还没有发现异常（拖欠的现象），那是不是就没问题啊。还是我的信息已经被盗用了？？

请问我该怎么办阿？谢谢

credit report里面显示的Amex account number确实不是卡号，这个是这样的。

the credit report is weird, I have very good score (80% something) but for negative factor, they said a lot of my accounts carry balance or something. But I always pay everything in full.
