是我孤陋寡闻吗？Luigi 的案子是谁找的律师。看起来这个律师非常local, 去的学校也就是这种local/regional的学校。虽然一个人的素质和能力并不是学历决定的，但学历反映了一个人的pursuit。这是有人要卖给他一个人情，让他出名吗？还是说有名的律师都不想打这种一定会败 & 不得不狡辩的官司？ 还是说被杀的是那些权力层对legal industry有威慑力量，好律师不想接这种容易搞出大事的案子？

律师的毕业学校确实弱了点。
这就是Pro Bono/Public Service吧…… 就是美剧中常见的：“You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you."
我是之前那个白人迫害贴的楼主。我那个Ex-to-be的哥哥就有点类似的履历,智商平平，还没有我这个Ex-to-be聪明（IQ test)，然后去了一个野鸡学校混了一个心理学的博士。当然，这个不是最要命的，最要命的是从此嘴上就没有离过他是博士，还以此来排挤过他弟弟，然后他妈妈葬礼他致辞的时候，第一句话就是“当我获得我的心理学博士的时候。。。” 所以，我对去野鸡学校的人的处世态度有点不感冒。
