一会儿说信息不对
一会儿说信息对的，正帮忙关，谁知不久又被转到其他客服去，告知信息不对
真是TMD
去local关呢？
我打它家倒是还好，虽然时间长点儿，但是也能办成事儿～
是啊，到local branch去关，一准儿成
最近一期Forbes上描述BOA的business模式和Citi, Chase等等的不同, 它家的revenue大头是retail banking, 不同于后者们的IB, Asset Mgmt等等, local branch数目比后面几家多出一大块. 现在的stock P/E也在10附近, 确实比较impressive.
当然这些不少是建立在cost cutting基础上的, 客服也是其中之一.
去local关呢？

the problem is: if you relocate and want to close an account at other places, the local branch cannot help you!

Yeah, I had the similar experience.
The 1st time, I made the call to ask them to close my saving. They said done. Then why I tried to ask them whether the keep changes plan was also closed, they hung up the phone while I was still speaking.
The next day, I went to the branch, and asked the assistant. The assistant entered my account online, and told me the keep changes plan would be closed automatically if I closed my saving account.
The 3rd day, I noticed some money transferred to my saving account again! I called them. They told me to close the saving account, I have to tell them to also close the keep change plan!!!!!
What an idiot BOA is!
