originally I put money on ING direct, used to be 4.50% ,later switched to HSBC direct, which used to be 5.05%, among the highest rate in states. now, fed cut rate, HSBC truns to be only 3.5%.

so I open a ROTH account and put in $9,000 and wait to buy in
