我是 resident. 准备回学校读第二学位. 希望能申请到FREE　ＭＯＮＥＹ来 cover all my college expense. 年收入低于40,000, 但是 我 的EFC(Expected Family contribution)出来后显示我ＮＯＴ　ＥＬＬＩＧＩＢＬＥ. Here is my question: 我要怎样才能 convince 学校我需要这个GＲＡＮＴ． I've done some research and got no answer to this.
