也问个牙医收费的问题

大概一个月以前牙疼去看一个牙医，结果医生说整个牙齿都坏了，需要拔牙，因为疼的受不了了，随即决定拔牙。
因为公司有保险， 那个maximn limit 是$1750,

具体收费情况如上图所示， 我第一次在美国看牙医，Submitted Charges是不是我可以理解为牙医要收费$70,结果保险公司砍价到$41, 就是Negotiated Amount,其实最后付的就是 $41, 由于我是第一次full mouth X-ray,所以保险cover了，

这个是我真正拔牙的手术，意思是保险付80%,我自己要付20%,自己出$25.2. 可我为什么到现在还没收到$25.2的账单呢？ 不知道我上面的理解对不对？

你是中国dentist不？中国牙医很多不收病人那部分，虽然这样是非法的。。不过你可以打电话去问问。
我洗牙，补牙了9颗了还有8颗，拔牙（要拔4个）就只需要付25 deductible
保险不cover 20%，dentist不收
if you use the in-network dentist, you should pay deductible (8th column) and member copay (9th column). so that would be $25.20 +$25. But if you use out-network dentist, you need to pay 6th column +8the column +9th column.

我找的是中国的dentist,第一次看牙，想着中国人交流方便一些，“中国牙医很多不收病人那部分，虽然这样是非法的。。”？这个我不太理解，mm能不能解释一下
我昨天打电话确认，我最后要付的钱是$25deductible+ $25.2member co-pay= $50.2， 好像dentist的bill是很慢的，他们才寄出来
