Deep cleaning 两周后regular cleaning?

My mom had deep cleaning of bottom teeth today.
After it was done, the dentist asked my mom come back for regular teeth cleaning and tooth polish in TWO WEEKS, he said it is covered by insurance, why not do it for free? I just don't feel comfortable with it. Is it normal to have regular teeth cleaning right after the deep cleaning?

不要。deep clean是一种有创性得小手术，恢复需要时间。2个星期太短了，建议至少间隔1个月。
