Mostly if you have high risk factor for thromboembolism (formation of blood clot in your blood vessel), you shouldn't take this kind of birth control pills. Otherwise it is pretty safe. high risk factors include family history of deep vein thromboembolism, pulmonary embolism etc, or if you smoke.
Somebody may have concern estrogen intake might increase risk for breast cancer. My recommendation is if you have strong family history of breast cancer, you may not want to take estrogen containing birth control pills, or take one with as low estrogen analog as possible.
