$450 is ok price le, i think. such brand new set in Bob's probably costs $799, maybe slightly different details.

depends on the style of your home, whether it goes well with your other things.
personally i don't like old-fashioned bulky furnitures. I only look for simple contemporary
ones for my home now. but if your home is big and classy, maybe it will do fine.
