I hate Aldelphia too. I disconnected the service three months ago and returned the box and cable line and everything. Then a bill of $260 came, I called the number on the bill and asked what was that about. They couldnt tell. I called Customer Service and they didnt know either. Then last night another bill of $470 came from a credit protection. It was outrageous! I called cs again and seems they are going to take care of it.

The service was bad too, no service couple of times.

done. I called again and told them i was very upset and would like to speak with the manager. The guy said his manager wasnt there. But he could make a note and make sure that his manager fix it. Two days later, i called and it was fixed.

time warner也很讨厌..不能upload..更烦..我用得earthlink的那个..不知道为什么

还是DSL好啊
