翻的挺好的, the problem is that you don't know what caused the pleural effusion. The consolidation would be pneumonia that caused the effusion, or simply atelectasis secondary to the effusion, and the cause of the effusion is still unknown. You need to have a discuss the findings with your doctor, to see if a trial of antibiotics or further work up is needed. Good luck
