I just took a look. Balance transfer has 3% transaction fee, that means I have to pay $2000*0.03=$60 at least.
because the 0 Apr is only for BT.the balance for the purchasing is still high APR.
and if you try to pay off the balance for the purchasing,you need to pay off the BT first!
