Citi Divident很厚道，3月份刚存了张20k的check 1.99% APR for the life of the loan,刚好去帮我pay 了second loan (prime +2.25 ,高利贷啊 ),so far so good
八过听说他们会找机会把rate涨回来，不知道啥时候对俺下手

oh... loan is the same as BT ya..... , how can i increase my credit limit to $20,000?
Why the offer i received about BT only allow the transfer from another credit card? How can I transfer the balance on my car loan or mortgage to the credit card?
给信用卡打电话，你给他们地址，他们会寄check，
但是注意你cc的policy，这个可能算bt或者cash advance
