The time you ovulate is different from woman to woman, based on the length of your menstrual cycle, usually the ovulation day is 14 days before your menstrual period. for example: if you have a 26 day cycle you would be ovulating on day 12 and if you have a 30 day cycle then you would ovulate on day 16.
