I was enquiring about how much it would cost for an cpa accountant to look over my taxes, do some tax planning, including personal and a small S corp business, and possibly some payroll and book keeping as well. Does 2000-3000 sound reasonable?

I checked with chinese accounting firms, the quotes I got ranges from 1000 - 2000, does that mean their work is not as good?
